My athletic journey began in the rigorous world of gymnastics, where I honed my body and mind to achieve exceptional feats of strength, balance, and agility. From there, my passion for fitness led me to explore CrossFit, where I embrace the challenges of high-intensity training and functional movements. I’ve competed in Olympic weightlifting, focusing on explosive power and precision, but also tried a figure competition, where I embraced the importance of symmetry, aesthetics, and presentation.

Through these diverse athletic experiences, I discovered that fitness is not merely about achieving a certain physique or hitting a specific weight on the scale. It's a lifestyle that unlocks a wealth of benefits beyond the physical realm. Fitness has instilled in me a profound sense of confidence, happiness, and a relentless drive to reach my full potential. It has taught me the importance of discipline, perseverance, and the power of believing in oneself.

What started out as a complimentary routine to help me reach my football goals in high school/college, quickly turned into a life long passion that is still growing 10 years later! My training journey began 7 years ago when I hung the cleats up. I started out coaching high intensity interval training, focusing on big group training (10-15+ people at a time), and small group training (3-5 people at a time). After 1 year of work, I received opportunities in South Florida, moving there to continue personal training where I was able to focus on 1 on 1 coaching. At this point I immersed myself into the bodybuilding world, seeking a pro card in the IFBB. Those next 5 years of my life was where my knowledge and execution hit it’s pinnacle.

After being an online client for 2 years, and doing 2 competitive bodybuilding shows, I began online coaching where I have worked with over 50 people in 3 years, also continuing to 1 on 1 train clients. I can certainly say I have seen it all when it comes to helping someone reach their goals, and I can confidently say I CAN get anyone there as long as the plan is followed! We will grab hold of our controllable avenues: strength training, nutrition, and cardio, and we will tailor those avenues to your body type/goals. My goal as your coach is to not only help you reach your goals, but to instill habits that are transferable towards any life situation!
