WHY DRINK PROTEIN?
Protein is the build building block of the human body. We need protein for our body to repair and build back stronger. To build muscle we need 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
HOW TO USE PROTEIN SHAKES?
Protein shakes are typically mixed in water or milk of some type. Most recommend 6-10 ounces of the liquid of your choice. If you use water for your protein, I would suggest as little as possible to get the milky consistency.
HOW DO I FIND THE BEST PROTEIN FOR ME?
Finding the best protein for you depends on your goals. If your goal is to lose weight you want an Isolate Protein. If you are trying to gain weight you will want an MRP or Mass Gainer to add the extra calories. If you are just drinking protein to get your daily in, taking any Whey or Isolate would work for you.
